Procedure of arrival and departure at the camp

From 7:45 am to 8:30 am arrival at the daycare ($)             3:45 pm to 4:15 pm Departure
From 8:30 am to 9:00 am arrival                                             4:15 pm to 5:00 pm Departure daycare ($)
The security and fluidity of arrival and departure is important to us. Here is the procedure to follow. Arrival and departure occurs through the arena’s entrance.
  – Arrival
When you arrive at the daycare service in the morning, you will have to accompany your child and sign a card on the table at the entrance to the arena. If the arrival is between (8.30am and 9am) you should go down with your child in the gyms and accompany him to his coach.
  – Departure
The departure starts between 15:45 and 16:15. You should see the coach (either in the gym or on the outdoor field) and sign a departure form.

Daycare Service

Please note that for the daycare service you must register in advance during registration. The cost is $ 45 / week or $ 10 / day. Fees are payable upon registration (weekly) or Thursday of the current week (per day). Payment is by check or cash (exact amount).

Absence or lateness

You should definitely contact us if your child is absent or late. You could leave us a voice message or a text message to one of these 2 numbers:  (514)623-2006 or (514) 688-4455.

Health and allergies

We ask for your cooperation so that your child’s meals and snacks are “healthy” and peanut free.
Sick child with symptoms of contagious illness (fever, stomach ache, nausea, etc.) cannot be admitted to the camp.
No child with lice or nits can be admitted to the camp. If such a situation is discovered at the camp, the parents will be contact and should pick up the child immediately. DSA coaches will not administrate any medication.

Things to bring

Children must wear their jersey at all the time (it will be distributed on the 1st day of camp). Have in the well identified backpack: a bottle of water, a cap, sunscreen, a swimsuit, a towel, a raincoat, a cold lunch (no microwaves), healthy snacks and things specific to the sports program:
  -Soccer: 2 pairs of soccer shoes (1 pair soccer cleats and  2nd one for the gym) ,shin guards, 1 spare t-shirt for training.
  -Gymnastics: Gymnastics leotard (or camisole), leggings, yoga mats
Personal belongings
Items of value and / or electronic equipment (phones, iPads, etc.) are not allowed in the camp. The DSA will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.


Respect and politeness are very important. Under no circumstances will intimidation or harassment be tolerated under pain of expulsion (in extreme cases).
In the event of conduct problems, day camp officials will be required to contact the parents of the child concerned to find ways to correct the situation. The camp reserves the right to expel a child. In case of expulsion, no refund will be made. The equipment will have to be handled with care in order to be able to benefit all the summer.


In case of extreme temperature, the activities will be modified and will take place in the gym.
In case of light rain, activities may continue outdoors.
